Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I’ve been to Tire Choice Auto Service in Miami Beach twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, and I really appreciated the fair prices and honest service. It’s great to find a shop that does quality work without overcharging, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had a great experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Xuomary, the service manager, was the one who helped me and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. Mitch, a co worker on the team, also helped me tremendously and contributed to making the experience smooth and stress free. They were both professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently while keeping me informed. Their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made me feel confident bringing my vehicle there, and I would definitely recommend them.

They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. I called my dealership who beat it by $300. They said they could match. Made me wait 45 minutes while they made calls to get the parts. Came back and said they could do it for $100 more than my dealership. Would have left but they said my car was dangerous to drive. The gentleman proceeded to question my integrity and said he was calling BMW to verify their quote. Bottom line they fixed it and car is driving nicely. The folks who work there seem nice and are hard working but I didn’t love that back and forth and failure to live up to matching the price after I waited. I had another small problem and was told by another person to come back another day and they take care of it for $100. Showed up a few days later and same dude who questioned my integrity said it could not be done for $100. Wasted an hour of my work day on this stop.

Absolutely amazing service!!! , I made the appointment online at 8:00 am, I arrived and they started to work on my car right away, Ozzy and Ricardo checked my car and they noticed that I had some services that it was due and they recommended to do it when I have the chance, I’m glad the I did all the service at the same time, their professionalism and honesty gave me the confidence to do it, as a women you don’t understand to much about cars and always these kind of services you end paying extra for things that you don’t know and then take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Ozzy and Ricardo thank u so much for the amazing costumer service and for your honesty, quality that these days is hard to find.

I received an amazing service with this mechanic. The pricing was very fair. They had my car fixed and back on the road within couple hours. Xuomary was very kind and super responsive. Mitch was fun to deal with as I was very sad when I walked in. He immediately lifted my mood up. This is an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend them.
